Shipping policy

At Pawboo, we believe great products should come with free delivery — so we include shipping in the price of every item. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

Free Shipping — Always

All orders ship free, worldwide. The cost of delivery is included in your product price so you never pay extra at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days depending on your location. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Please note delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier. We ship via Yun Express and EconLink, reliable international carriers with full tracking.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Delays

While we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier issues outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support.pawboo@gmail.com and we will look into it promptly.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support.pawboo@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and photos of any damage. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
